Acceptable Use Policy — Pixel Wrangler

The short version

Most things are fine. A short list of things are not. We don't moderate every generation, but we act on reports and we reserve the right to pull content or accounts that break the rules below.

What you can generate

Anything that fits on your products and doesn't violate the rules below. Personal designs, fan-art that you have rights to, brand assets, stock-style imagery, typographic treatments — all fine.

What you cannot generate

Sexual content involving minors. Content intended to incite hatred or violence against a protected group. Impersonation of real people without their permission. Content that infringes a third party's trademark, copyright, or right of publicity. Content that breaks the law of Australia or the jurisdiction where the order is fulfilled.

Shared responsibility

You are responsible for what ships on your store. We run a backstop of automated safety checks at the AI provider level; those are not perfect. If you offer customization on sensitive categories, add your own moderation step.

What happens when a violation is reported

We review the report. If the content breaks this policy, we remove it and notify the merchant. Repeat or serious violations result in account suspension or termination without refund for the period in violation.

How to report

Email support. Include the order number or template URL and a short description of the issue. We aim to respond within two business days.
