Starter, Growth and Scale, the Enterprise option, and how billing runs through Shopify.
Pixel Wrangler has three self-serve plans, sized by how many custom orders you take a month. Every plan bills monthly through Shopify and starts with a 7-day free trial. Too big for Scale? Book a call and we'll shape a custom setup.

What changes by tier
- Starter — up to 500 custom orders a month. 3 templates, each reusable across unlimited products.
- Growth — up to 2,500 custom orders a month. 50 templates.
- Scale — up to 10,000 custom orders a month. Unlimited templates, and concierge onboarding: we set up with you.
Templates are the lever, not your sales: a single template can power your whole range of products, and no plan takes a cut of an order.
How the limits work
- Order caps are soft. Going over never blocks a checkout and never holds back a print file. The app shows an upgrade prompt instead. Pushing past your cap? Move up a plan — see Switching plans.
- Template caps are enforced. When you're at your plan's limit, creating a template shows "Your plan includes N templates. Upgrade to add more." Reuse one template across many products, move unused templates to Trash, or move up a plan.
Support
Same support on every plan. Email hey@pixelwrangler.io — we reply within one business day (Melbourne time). Include your shop domain and, if it's about an order, the order number. The troubleshooting page covers the common ones.
How billing works
Plans bill through Shopify. The charge appears on your Shopify invoice alongside your other app subscriptions — there's no separate card to enter and nothing billed outside Shopify. Your 7-day trial runs first; the plan charge starts when it ends.
To cancel, open the app's Plan page, click Manage plan, and cancel on Shopify's plan page — or uninstall the app.
Switching plans
Open the app's Plan page and click Choose a plan (during the trial) or Manage plan. That opens Shopify's plan page, where you pick the new plan — every plan change happens there, on Shopify's side:
- Upgrading — Shopify prorates the difference and charges the new rate for the rest of the period.
- Downgrading — the new rate applies at the next billing cycle.
Moving to a plan with fewer templates than you have (say, Scale to Growth with 60 templates against Growth's 50)? Trim to fit first — move the extras to Trash — so you're not over the new limit the moment it applies.
